
Carol Hulst - President - Health & Wellbeing - Carol worked for a large corporation for 23 years where she managed many different businesses from IT to Learning, involving teams of up to 40 people. Her roles varied from Support Manager of IT systems Australia wide to Business Development Manager and Change Agent. Her last 6 years in the organisation were spent in The Netherlands as Global Program Manager and Facilitator of Leadership, Coaching and Change Management programs. Carol moved to Daylesford in April 2006 with her husband Koos after they purchased the Sault Estate property in November 2005. They are currently in the process of developing a wellbeing centre on the property as well as establishing an organic farm. Carol enjoys snow skiing, windsurfing, scuba diving and a glass of wine with great food.
Graeme Johnstone - Vice President - Clunes - Accommodation - Graeme takes pride in looking for soluntions and finding a way forward that is both creative and positive. he has been a youth counsellor, teacher, rugby player and coach at state and national levels, director and producer of theatre, training facilitator for business and sales teams, trainer for 'changes in education', innovator and course developer for VCE mathematics and physics, teacher mentor and a naval officer (RAN) for 12 years. Graeme has been resident in Clunes since 1996 and has been havily involved in community organisations including; vice president and president of CTDA, member of Hepburn Shire Rates Review Committee, secretary/treasurer of Clunes 150th anniversary of gold discovery committee, member of committee of management Clunes Lee Medlyn Complex, and inaugural president of Clunes Amateur Film & Theatre Society.
Liz O'Dwyer - Secretary/Administrator
Maggie Nightingale - Treasurer - Accommodation - Maggie currently operates Forget-Me-Not-Garden-Cottages. She has been in Daylesford since January 2007 and is actively involved in the local community including volunteering at the Daylesford Regional Visitor Informations Centre. Maggies came from Canberra with over 18 years experience in the tourism industry from an attractions perspective. She was a judge for the ACT & region Tourism Awards, a member of the Accreditation Panel for the Canberra branch of the Tourism Industry Council, long-serving committee member of the Natinal Capital Attractions Association and has a Masters degree in Tourism Management.
Robert McDonald - Food & Hospitality - Rob was a secondary teacher for 15 years. he then was senior public servant in Education (Special Programs/Regions) and Police Emergency Services and Corrections (Justice). Rob held positions including Director Strategic Planning and Policy, Director of Projects (Crime Prevention, Road Safety, Legislation etc), Deputy Director Programs (Justice) including Project Manager Prof Pennington Drugs Inquiry and Project Director "Gun Buy Back" scheme. he was Executive Officer Drugs and Crime Prevention Committee of Parliament. He finished his career as Chief of Staff/Senior Adviser to Minsiter of Police ES&C. With his wife Margaret, Rob has been managing Sailors Falls Estate 'Villa and Vines' since 2004.

Ian Williams - Trentham - After a career in broadcast television and telecommunications, Ian and his wife set up their herb farm in Trentham as a tourist attraction. They closed it to the public last December and now offer a range of herbal products on-line and by mail order. Ian has been heavily invloved in various activities with the local residents and traders organisation in Trentham (TRATA) since 2000, including the restoration of the Trentham Station. Ian initiated the local Community Newsltter and more recently he has been involved with community activities with the Trentham Sustainability Group and the Trentham Community Planning Group.

Based at Head Office in Melbourne, Mark provides strategic management support to the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa General Manager and Pavilion Cafe Manager. His professional background includes 18 months with Belgravia, 12 years Aquatic, Leisure & Recreation Facility Management, 7 years Sport Management, 10 years Physical & Outdoor Education
